On a recent trip to Quebec, Canada I visited Le Musée du chocolat de la confiserie Bromont (The Chocolate Museum.)
The Chocolate Museum was founded in 1993 in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, Canada. This thematic museum allows visitors to learn about the history of chocolate and see a multitude of features
related to chocolate.
On my trip we ate a hearty lunch, of course filled with chocolate delights. I also got a chance to make some chocolate with the president of the museum, the lovely Michel Bilodeau.
