I went on an adventure trip to Quebec's Eastern Townships
and it was my very first time in Canada.
(Since then, I've been to Canada about five more times! No biggie.)
But, one thing that stood out were the quirky laws they had on the books.

Well then, here you go!
1. In Quebec - all business signs in Quebec must be predominantly in French.
2. in Petrolia, Ontario, they have a law on the books that makes it illegal to shout, hoot, whistle or sing.
3. You can't paint a ladder.
4. Citizens can't publicly remove bandages.
5. It is illegal to show public affection on Sunday.
